Pulley Lubrication Instructions
Before doing any work on the lift make sure the boat is off the lift and the rack is secured by placing blocking under the rack or use straps to hold it up.
--> Remove the pulley by taking out the bolt in the center of the pulley and removing the brass sheave and 2 steel bushing.
---> Clean any debris from these with a steel brush
----> Add some marine grease to the steel bushings before re-assembling the pulleys.
*When tightening the bolts make sure not to over tighten the bolts so the pulleys turn freely*
